Project Sponsor

• Strong track record and experienced management team

• Has a demand-driven approach and growth mindset 

• Project partners and affiliates with proven track record

Industry

• Any industry with a preference in renewable energy, real estate, business services, and industrial companies

Stage and Size

• Reported EBITDA of over $2.5m with consistent YoY growth for operating companies

• Total project/CAPEX size range between $10 million to under $1.0 billion for development projects

Operations

• Established operations with sustainable cash flows that can service debt for operating companies

• Has blue-chip customers and/or suppliers, as applicable

• Transition period between 6 months to a year

• Secured off-take/customers, as applicable

Capital Structure

• M&A: Cash up-front with seller financing and/or earn out component; maximum allowable leverage to be applied

• Projects:  70-80% debt, 20-30% equity/pref equity; grants, incentives, and tax incentives to be maximized

• Ability to provide a backstop against co-investor money on select deals
